The charitable organisation, Standing together against rape is expected to receive between $2,000 and $20,000 once expenses have been paid after the win but it seems like the ultimate kick in the teeth to the organisation after the winner is actually a sexual predator.

Victims of the sex offender feel he shouldn’t be able to even claim his winnings after he come forward for his cheque on Saturday, he pleaded guilty in both 1993 and the year 200 to three counts of sexual abuse against a minor
When contacted, unsurprisingly the winner was reluctant to take about his win, and his past, now living in a Salvation army hostel the winner says he has repented for his deeds although his victims feel that this win is ‘like a kick in the teeth’

Of course the lottery has no conscience and unlike other windfalls that people may have, anyone can buy a lottery ticket and short of preventing anyone with a criminal record purchasing a ticket there really isn’t anything that can be done.
